About the Club

Team TST is a female-focused youth soccer club operating in Chicago, Illinois. The club provides elite-level training and development exclusively for girls, emphasizing a supportive environment that fosters success, fun, and lasting memories. It serves players in the Academy program for U12-U14 and the High School program for U15-U19, with teams formed based on age, graduation year, technical ability, and physical attributes. The travel program offers an introduction to competitive play, including preseason bridge sessions in June and July, followed by regular training starting in August. Teams train three times per week, combining technical, tactical, sports performance, and futsal elements, without participation in indoor leagues. Competition occurs in the National Premier League (NPL) or the Illinois Women's Soccer League (IWSL), with additional local tournaments and showcase events. The club distinguishes itself as the premier all-girls program in Chicago, prioritizing thoughtful league placement and professional development to challenge committed players. Team TST features a dedicated college pathway program that supports recruitment at no extra cost, with an unparalleled track record of commitments to collegiate soccer. This pathway extends youth development toward higher levels of play, building on the club's energized curriculum and focus on individual growth.
