About the Club

The San Jose Earthquakes Academy is part of the Major League Soccer development system, located in San Jose, California. It aims to develop young talent for professional careers and promote soccer at the grassroots level. The academy provides teams for various age and ability levels, focusing on instilling the club's training methodology and preparing athletes for college or a professional contract with the first team. The academy includes age groups U14, U15, U16, and U18, operating without a pay-to-play system. They also have a Regional Development School (RDS) to identify prospects for the academy.
