About the Club
Lake FC is a youth soccer club operating in the Lake County region of Illinois. The club provides a range of programs for both boys and girls, serving age groups from U7 through U19. A key feature of the club is its pathway to a higher level of competition, culminating in a semi-professional team. Lake FC teams compete in a variety of local and national leagues, providing multiple platforms for player development. The club's top competitive programs include the Elite Academy (EA) League, the Development Player League (DPL), and the National Premier Leagues (NPL). Additionally, teams participate in the Illinois Youth Soccer State Premiership Division, the Young Sportsmen's Soccer League (YSSL), and the Illinois Women's Soccer League (IWSL). The club also fields a team in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), offering a direct pathway for youth players to semi-professional soccer.
