About the Club

Fusion Soccer Club is a premier youth soccer organization based in the Twin Cities' West Metro area of Minnesota, serving communities including Plymouth and Wayzata. Established in 2014 through the merger of Plymouth Soccer Association and Wayzata Soccer Club, it traces its roots to 1977 as a foundational program in the region. The club caters to players from age 3 through high school and beyond, encompassing pre-K beginners to advanced competitive athletes. Fusion offers a full spectrum of programs, including recreational soccer in summer and winter seasons, developmental training, skills clinics, camps, and all-season competitive teams for boys and girls. As the largest youth soccer club in the area, it distinguishes itself with over 50 boys competitive teams and a staff of more than 30 licensed coaches holding USSF and USC credentials, ensuring personalized development and high coach-to-player ratios. The competitive program emphasizes a player-centered, coach-led philosophy focused on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological growth, fostering teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. Teams participate in sanctioned leagues and events through the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) and US Club Soccer, providing pathways for players to advance toward collegiate and professional levels. Fusion maintains strong partnerships with local entities like the City of Plymouth and Wayzata School District to enhance accessibility and community integration, including innovative offerings like Unified Soccer camps in collaboration with Special Olympics. The club's year-round training, including specialized goalkeeper programs, supports continuous skill progression in a fun, safe, and respectful environment.
