The club was founded by Matt McDonagh to provide affordable, high-level competitive soccer to all young athletes in the area. The club serves a wide range of age groups, with teams organized by birth years from 2005 to 2015. A key feature of the club is its emphasis on making competitive soccer accessible and affordable for talented players. Celtic Soccer Club teams compete in the Coast Soccer League.
